Upload your fill in PDF forms to our centralized repostitory. Thereafter, you and your team members will be able to fill in, save, sort, combine and email your forms.
Invite others to fill form
Ask someone else to help you complete a form, by emailing them a live link to the form. The recipient can click the link to fill in the form and save it to your online saved forms list.
Search, filter and change columns
Quickly locate uploaded form templates, and filled in saved forms. Hide or remove table column(s) to meet your needs.
Show favorite forms at top of list
Click the star icon to the left of any form name to bring it to the top of the list.
How to group forms
As your list of saved forms grows, you will find it helpful to group forms by Type. View this video to learn how to easily group and ungroup forms.
How to change app title
The app title appears at the top left corner of the screen. View this video to learn how to change the title, to meet your needs.
